Gaia Counseling's team of therapists is passionate about helping children, adolescents and families thrive. Many children struggle with emotional regulation, school and social anxiety, and behavioral challenges. Play therapy and other expressive therapeutic modalities can help kids and their families be with their emotions in healthier ways. We have seen first hand how giving children and teens a safe space to process their inner emotional world, while keeping parents involved every step of the way, can not only transform their way of communicating but can also help families come together in ways that promote growth and healing.
