I work with adult women with complex trauma, working through interpersonal relationship dynamics and co-occuring disorders/behaviors, to discover new ways to meet and advocate for their needs and fulfill their life goals. My therapeutic approach is designed to address barriers to self-development across the lifespan. I work with a bottom up/top down approach to address developmental trauma.
