I am a psychotherapist (+ 35 years), the UWS of Manhattan. My practice consist of individuals/ groups/couples from culturally diverse backgrounds,life choices and ages;multitude of challenges (depression, anxiety, life transitions,loss, sexual identity aging, relationships) that interfere with: achieving one's life's goal. Working collaboratively with the unique individual to help identify obstacles; increasing insight/ coping abilities. To increase functioning to an optimal/satisfying level. Identify and focus on life goals; self well-being including relationships/work. To increase emotional ability/ range so that one can navigate their life and living in a more satisfied, fuller existence.
