I enjoy working with clients with a variety of issues. These include anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, parenting, sexual abuse, identity issues, employment, menopause, spirituality and assertiveness. Every person is unique so I focus on helping them realize their strengths as well as the areas they would like to grow and develop in. My approach is positive and affirmative. As a result of my comprehensive training, I am able to tailor therapy to each individual's needs and desires.
