I primarily treat adolescents and adults dealing with such issues as depression, anxiety, relationship/couples and family counseling, divorce, and I have specialized training and interest in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and would describe my style as "directive". I actively participate in the sessions with my clients to help them identify their goals and then motivate them to make the changes necessary to meet these goals. No one is immune from the daily stressors life throws our way. Whether you are struggling with personal relationships, career, family or personal issues, I feel that therapy can benefit everyone at some point in their life!
