I offer empirically based treatments to facilitate meaningful change in a nonjudgemental and supportive environment, always within a reasonable time frame. While I do not tell clients what to do I provide a safe space where you can clarify your goals and choose the path that feels right for you. In a world that can feel overwhelming and full of difficult transitions, I strive to offer a secure, compassionate setting where you can navigate your emotional health and confidence.
