Please know that your health/mental health is my main concern. The Corona Virus pandemic has been a challenge to everyone and transitioning back to "normal" may also be stressful. You might be feeling afraid, anxious, alone, isolated, confused, angry... in addition to all the other stressors that you may have in your life. I believe that I can help. I am very comfortable working with a range of issues/concerns/diagnoses. A significant aspect of my practice is my sensitivity to culture and diversity. I also enjoy working with young adults helping them to transition into adulthood.
