My primary focus has been working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress management, self-esteem issues, and struggles with life transitions. I am certified in treating Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Symptoms. My theoretical orientation include Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Crisis Management. Psychotherapy is a process in which the Therapist and Client discuss many issues, events, experiences and memories for the purpose of creating positive change so the Client can experience his/her life more fully.
