Hi there! Welcome to my page. I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, families and some adults. I am an enthusiastic practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique (a.k.a "tapping”) - a technique uses with both adults and children alike to neutralize or eliminate overwhelming negative emotions or physical symptoms. In addition, I practice techniques such as mindfulness, visualization, and relaxation. I primarily provide short-term, solution-focused therapy, educational evaluations, and parent consultation. I begin by taking a holistic assessment of all areas of my client's life, and consider how these situations have potentially influenced current circumstances. I also receive input from school or other professionals when appropriate. My goal is to provide interventions and suggestions that help to move my client toward wholeness, happiness, and harmony!
