I offer nonjudgmental support as I assist you to deepen in self awareness and in building coping skills while facing challenges with personal identity issues, career growth, dysfunctional relationship patterns, and stage-of-life transitions. I have worked for over 25 years as a school counselor & teacher, an artist, a childbirth & parenting educator, a grief counselor, an anger management group leader, a spouse and parent, and as a psychotherapist. I bring my experience and compassion to my practice.
