I work with adults who are seeking understanding and perhaps, change in their lives. Together we would identify presenting issues to gain understanding and then begin to make a plan to deal with experiences, thoughts and feelings , so there is improvement. During treatment, our discussion will focus on presenting issues, to understand why they are present, and then discuss and learn skills to deal with those issues that are and have been impactful.
