I help couples in conflict and those who want to develop their relationship into a stronger alliance. Conflict affects us all in many ways. Mostly, I work with individuals, couples and groups to understand the impact of confusion, upset and misunderstanding on our relationships. Sometimes depression and anxiety are overwhelming and that causes lots of problems in our ability to make our life work. I hear from clients that they felt better after our session because they were able to talk through a problem and understand the situation better.
