Gail is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) who works with adolescents and young adults, ages 13-30. One of her primary goals is to assist her clients to gain confidence and to address symptoms of anxiety and depression with realistic stress-management approaches. She helps students who are struggling with motivation and underachievement set goals and develop practical methods to achieve their goals. She works closely with families who are seeking strategies for improved communication and reduced tension among family members.
