I have a background in the enneagram, conscious parenting, relationship addiction, depression and anxiety. I enjoy working with women (I work with men as well) in all transitions of life trying to free themselves from toxic relationships in order to find their best selves and to pursue healthier relationships. I also treat codependency, relationship/love addictions, and some forms of trauma. I am certified by Evergreen in addiction and trauma therapy. My primary mode of work is CBT along with eastern wisdom/mindfulness.
