I strive to create a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you can work through what’s been holding you back. I’ve always been drawn to helping people who’ve felt unseen or underrepresented, and I specialize in OCD because I’ve witnessed how transformative Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) can be. The process can feel challenging at times, but you won’t face it alone—we’ll take it step by step, and with each challenge comes real growth. I also treat anxiety, addictions, behavioral health concerns, developmental disabilities, and women’s issues.
