Hi there! I'm Gail! I believe that therapy should be an adventure of discovery, of deepening access to one's authentic self, and of growing fulfillment. I strive to create a warm, compassionate and enlivening environment to help you explore where you are and where you want to be. I love to meet my clients at their growing edge and very much value their feedback in the therapeutic process. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, life adjustments, and relationship issues. I especially enjoy helping people in developing stronger senses of self and in living consciously. I also have an extensive background in treating trauma, and am trained in EMDR.
