Gaines Insight Counseling helps clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, adjust, and heal from the many ups and downs of life. Gaines Insight Counseling uses Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), an evidence-based treatment used to treat a variety of disorders, including PTSD, anxiety, addiction, and grief.
