In my approach, I view a positive therapeutic relationship as the foundation to all growth and change. I am an insight-oriented trauma-informed therapist, working with adults (18+). I practice from an anti-racist, intersectional, and social justice lens and approach. I don’t pretend to know the answers, but together I hope to create a space of curiosity into your life experiences, your relationships, your patterns, and your goals so that you can imagine a different future.
