Hi my name is Galen DeReu and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC) and I am based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults 18+ and specialize in addiction, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and life transitions. I work with my clients to identify which approach would be most beneficial to their unique needs. My most commonly used approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to learn how to cope with symptoms and begin the healing process.
