I will walk beside you and help you figure out what change might look like in your life. I work from a Motivational Interviewing perspective and provide my clients a safe, nonjudgmental, therapeutic space to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a feeling of containment and a sense of safety. I work with all addictive and compulsive behaviors, trauma, anxiety, depression and dual diagnoses.
