We are a group of therapists who promote awareness, provide high-quality education, and support to individuals with mental health and substance use needs. We actively promote skills for self-improvement and methods for continued lifelong self-cultivation. Because of years of emergency team experience, we can work with ages of 8 to 88 who are looking for practical, easy to implement plans to address acute and chronic issues currently impacting their daily lives. We seek to assist these individuals in regaining a sense of control over their own lives and help them develop the skills necessary to live fulfilling lives.
