You might look like you have it together, but inside, you feel stuck — repeating the same painful patterns in love, numbing out, or fighting a constant undercurrent of anxiety and shame. You may feel disconnected from yourself or others, longing for closeness but also afraid of it. You’ve tried to move forward, but something deeper keeps pulling you back. I specialize in helping adults heal from complex trauma, sex and love addiction, and relationship struggles. Many of the people I work with feel caught in old patterns, anxiety, depression, emotional disconnection, people-pleasing, or fear of intimacy. As a trauma specialist, I help you get to the root of these patterns — not just manage symptoms — so you can begin to feel safe in your body, connected in your relationships, and at peace within yourself. My approach integrates attachment-based, somatic, and experiential methods — including EMDR, inner child work, and parts work.
