Hi there, my name is Gardenia. I am a therapist with several years of experience working in crisis intervention with individuals of various ages and cultural backgrounds. My approach to therapy is tailored to the unique needs of each client. I work to develop a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, helping my clients build new coping skills while leveraging their existing strengths. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to make positive changes in your life. I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, job stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, and PTSD. I also have experience supporting those who have experienced child abuse or neglect. Additionally, I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist.
