The first step in personal growth, is accepting that there is room to grow. My approach to therapy is helping clients access tools to grow. To understand oneself is to have insight and awareness about the desired and undesired aspects of our experiences. I currently see children, adolescents, young adults, middle adults, and couples. Experiencing heightened emotional states can feel overwhelming and uncomfortable. I am here to partner with you on your journey to building resilience and feeling capable and comfortable doing the difficult things! I hold a Bachelor’s degree and double Master’s Degree and am pursuing a PsyD.
