I understand how uneasy starting therapy can be. That's why I prioritize helping you feel supported from the very beginning. If you are experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem and challenges with your relationships, I am here to walk with you as we navigate them together. You are unique, and so are your concerns. I'm not a "one-size-fits-all" therapist. I meet people where they are—unpacking patterns, working through pain, or setting better boundaries. I use different tools depending on what fits best, but being attuned to your needs always comes first.
