I believe therapy is most effective when there’s a genuine connection between the client and therapist. That’s why my first goal is always to build a strong, trusting relationship. From there, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs and focused on the issues that matter most to you. You’re always in control of your treatment and choose the challenges you want to work on. Clients and colleagues describe me as down-to-earth and easygoing. I’m fully certified in EMDR through the International Institute and often use it to treat PTSD and trauma-related symptoms.
