I work with children ages 8 and up, teens, and adults, with a special focus on treating Anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I enjoy working with clients who are struggling form a variety of anxiety related problems, including: school refusal, phobias, separation anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, and OCD. When working with children and teens, I involve parents in the counseling process and equip them with the tools they need to support their children. I also work with children of divorce, depression, pornography issues, and helping young adults launch into fulfilling lives. View 7 Photos I have extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a gold-standard treatment for OCD and anxiety. I’m also trained in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), which focuses on teaching parents how to help their anxious children. I also have training in IFS, ACT, DBT, and CBT.
