I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy to individuals committed to exploring their maladaptive behaviors and concerning emotional experiences. Psychodynamic therapy emphasizes the relationship between the therapist and client as the core of the healing process. Working in therapy with me is going beyond the symptoms and moving deeper to what fuels the anxiety, depression, anger, etc. We hope to arrive at a goal of better understanding you as a person and what fuels your thoughts, feelings, desires and hopes. I work with the client to develop a goal, while always keeping in mind the goal of long-term emotional growth and stability.
