In over 45 years of practice, I have assisted a countless number of individuals and couples to rapidly get to the core of personal problems that have kept them from living up to their full potential. I specialize in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (IS-TDP) trained directly with Habib Davanloo, M.D., the innovator of this powerful and effective form of treatment. My therapy approach is geared towards helping clients, in a sensitive an empowering manner, to quickly identify the different mechanisms they have destructively used to avoid being in touch with their true feelings and themselves.
