My clinical areas of specialization include: the treatment of neuro-psychological and developmental disorders, anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorders, and the management of emotional and behavioral dysregulation in children, adolescents, and adults. I utilize a range of strategies and techniques to address these problems including: structured family therapy, strategic therapy, interpersonal therapy, and cognitive behavior interventions. A large portion of my practice is devoted to helping families and couples resolve conflicts and relate in a more meaningful and positive manner. It is my belief that healthy family relationships are the basis of mental health and well being.
