I work exclusively with couples. Since my practice is online, I meet with married and unmarried partners throughout Illinois. Spouses and partners commonly attribute their conflict to poor communication. Often, feelings of anger and resentment have become so dominant in the relationship that every communication is tinged with criticism or contempt. My goal with couples is to short circuit these destructive patterns of communication.
