I have been in practice for over 40 years and I believe that I am successful in making most clients feel comfortable and listened to. I have extensive training in psychotherapy and my therapeutic approach is practical and supportive; I am active, compassionate and able to engage the client in the therapeutic process. I try to meet the person where they are at and tailor a therapeutic approach that meets their needs. I have found that deep and genuine emotional understanding and insight translates into real and lasting behavioral change.
