I take an eclectic approach to therapy—no two people are the same, so no two therapeutic approaches should be either. Clients can expect a safe and supportive space to freely express themselves, build self-awareness, and pursue authentic growth without judgment. My path to this work began with raising two sons on the autism spectrum while my wife served in the military. Supporting their unique needs, as well as families and individuals facing PTSD, inspired me to dedicate myself to helping others heal.
