I have a Master's Degree in Human Development and I worked in Mental Health for approximately 11 years then transitioning over to Substance Abuse in 2008. I worked in Substance Abuse for 10 years and was promoted to Clinical Supervisor in 2018. Hence, I have over 5 years of managerial experience. I believe I also bring in-depth aspects of diversity with accent on the LGBTQ community as I originated an LGBTQ substance abuse group back in 2013 at a time when one was never present and it is still existent.
