I have 24 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, & couples, addressing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, family issues, relationships, self-esteem, anger management, ADHD, personality disorder, behavioral challenges, etc. I strongly believe that counseling is a partnership between the therapist and the client, designed to arrive at the needed goals. Whereas the therapist has skills and training, the client is the expert on themselves and their families. Through working together with regard for the dignity and worth of each individual, challenges can be alleviated and strengths enhanced.
