Therapy can be a space to make sense of the past, make goals for the future, or problem-solve challenges as they arise. I use a strengths-based, solution-focused approach to help clients identify their needs and explore their potential. I believe as we turn our focus inward and ground ourselves, we find empowerment and clarity. The cornerstone of my practice is empathy for my clients, and I feel that change happens when there is a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship.
