Life can be challenging and complex and everyone needs a safe, nonjudgmental, and welcoming space to get the support that they need. I provide support through a combination of modalities such as problem-solving model, solution-focused therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, trauma informed, and creative arts therapy to help clients implement solutions to obtain their goals and to look at the clients strengths. I make it my practice to value the therapeutic relationship with my clients from day one through creating a safe space that feels inviting, supportive, and most of all judgment free in order to achieve the client's goals.
