I am passionate about my work as a therapist and coach and deeply committed to supporting people to live from the fullness of who they are. My work is informed by my gestalt training and feminine power leadership coaching training with over 30 years experience in other somatic and experiential disciplines. I am interested in working with people who are committed to a process of awakening to their fullest potential and aligning with their authentic essential nature. My approach seeks to shift us from a place of isolation to one of connection and collaboration through embodied relational engagement.
