I have been a therapist for 19 years and have counseled hundreds of people dealing with the typical stresses of life and relationships, trauma, anger management, and those diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, and other behavioral disorders. I bring further experience from working in behavioral health facilities, non-profit organizations, Illinois Department of Corrections, crisis intervention, and military mental health.
