I am a seasoned clinical psychologist with a license to practice in both California and New York. I feel I can be most helpful to young adults and adults who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, and Trauma. My goals for my clients are to reduce emotional distress, strengthen insight and increase positive behavioral change. Within a safe and supportive atmosphere, these objectives can be met.
