As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Lic. 123395), my approach is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and a deep respect for your unique journey; where you have been and most importantly where you desire to BE. After 9 years in the field, I know the power of the past but understand how the hope of tomorrow creates the present we live in today. My Approach is trauma-informed, resilience-focused, and I aim to empower transformation and bridge the gap from where you are now to where you want to be. Additionally, I serve as an Affiliate Professor at Antioch University's Clinical Psychology Department.
