I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 3 years of experience working with adults and seniors with mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, and anger. I also have experience supporting individuals through life transitions such as career changes and divorce, stress, and relationship and family issues.
