My approach to therapy is rooted in genuine connection and deep listening. I believe emotional struggles are shaped by lived experiences, especially parts of a person’s story that may not have been fully understood or supported. My previous work as a psychometrist has deepened my understanding of neurodivergence and everyday challenges across diagnoses, allowing me to meet clients with curiosity, empathy, and respect while creating a space that feels safe and supportive. My work is guided by person-centered and psychodynamic approaches. I believe past experiences shape how we think, feel, and relate, often outside our awareness. In a supportive, trusting space, we explore underlying patterns, process unresolved experiences, and release held emotions to support clarity, relief, and meaningful change.
