I know this intimately-not just as a therapist, but as someone who has lived it. As a therapist of color with South Asian roots and nearly two decades of experience across three continents, I work with high achievers and global citizens navigating trauma, grief, complex relational and career transitions, and living between cultures-those seeking to develop deeper self-awareness, heal past pain, and find meaning beyond external success.
