Are you struggling with old, worn-out tools to cope with anxiety or depression? Maybe you’re feeling stuck, or in a rut. Are your relationships from either spouse or parents causing angst? Are you and your partner not connecting like you once did or are you someone who is neurodivergent and feeling misunderstood. Sometimes being strong all the time can wear on you, in a heavy way, and asking for help can be frightening, even embarrassing for some. My goal when we first meet is to establish a safe and therapeutic alliance with you that is warm, compassionate, and trusting.
