Life today can be so difficult, anxiety provoking, and just plain depressing! I am here to help support you on your journey to a healthier you. My passion for helping people has led me down the path of specializing in these areas ADHD, ODD, PTSD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and anxiety. The treatment methods I use vary depending on the individual and what goals you are trying to attain. I use several different techniques including: CBT, Client Centered, AAIT, and Relational techniques. I love working with people of all ages and collaborating with my clients to ensure that they are getting the treatment they deserve. I am a strong believer in making my clients number 1 in each session; keeping current with training and new techniques helps me have a broader knowledge base to work from. My practice is in a safe, secure, nurturing and comfortable environment, making it easier to navigate thru the tough issues that we as a population are facing today with mental health.
