Gené has a remarkable sum of over 30 years of experience in the substance abuse and mental health fields. Mrs. Henderson participated, prepared, and supervised the development of drug and alcohol policies throughout the State of Colorado. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Science and a Masters Degree of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the Emporia State University and a Masters of Art from North Central University. She is also a National Certified Addiction Counselor II (NCAC II), a State Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Her specialty is chemical dependency.
