As a psychotherapist who has worked with many different populations over the years, I have learned there is no 'one size fits all' approach to therapy. I have a very eclectic and holistic approach to providing treatment to clients. I use different approaches and modalities to fit the client's needs. The most common approaches and interventions used in sessions are : person centered , solution focused, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Every client is different and should be treated based on their personal needs and goals.
