I have experience working in behavioral health, working with the homeless population, and collaborating on policy efforts, I have a well-rounded approach to supporting my patients. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strength-based techniques, problem-solving, and some DBT strategies to help individuals navigate challenges!
