Hi beautiful soul, I am Genesis Morales, a Latinx Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). As a human being, I understand that struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief can feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling disconnected from ourselves and our bodies. My approach focuses on healing through somatic, body-centered approaches, encouraging a deeper connection to the body’s wisdom. I believe that by tuning into the physical sensations and emotions stored in the body, we can uncover the root causes of distress and begin to release what no longer serves us.
